This was a listed building as it was the first Public House in Shildon. We carefully converted this building into 4 large flats for supported Living. There was also a a large car park to the rear which was large enough to build a 4 block of flats and still maintain adequate parking. This was contaminated so Hewitson Group carried out the remediation. We installed Gas membranes and installed a clean cover system to the landscaped areas. This new build was constructed using Modern Methods of Construction with a light steel gauge frame. The building was then finished with sash windows and grey through coloured render.
