This site was a former pub restaurant which had been demolished before we purchased the land. We designed and built and new scheme with included 12 houses with Air Source Heat pumps, Photovoltaic panels and battery storage. These dwellings were built to the new building regulations and the first “off Gas” that Believe housing welcomed into their housing stock. The construction was in a timely manner and to a high quality.
