The development involved the construction of 39 energy efficient bungalows with a modern design featuring coloured cladding, coloured Silicone based render and bricks. These homes included Air Sourced heat pumps, Photovoltaic panels, Mechanical Ventilation and Heating air conditioning and Wet rooms were installed throughout. This site was contaminated and had to be remediated by our in-house groundworks company Hab Northern ltd who also completed the roads and sewers and external works.
